Before transitioning to consulting, Dr. Wu served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GE Capital, where she also held roles as Quality Leader and Master Black Belt. Additionally, she took on the position of department chair for the Human Resources Management program at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a master’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, Wu boasts an impressive academic background. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
